Built in 1903 this building has been the central meeting point for the Quakers Religious Order of Friends in Australia.
The implementation of infrastructure for the new light rail service along Devonshire Street created noise and dust that impacted the building which is used for offices, meetings and accommodation.
Sealasash worked with the well-known and respected acoustic expert Peter Knowland, and heritage Architect firm Hector Abraham to reglaze windows with acoustic glass and install acoustic seals.
