Constructed in the 1930’s this six story, twelve unit, building has a commanding view over the waterfront at North Sydney. Owners were extremely keen to retain the horizontal sliding wooden windows, which are a characteristic feature of the facade.
Sealasash used the Sash Crab system to paint window exteriors and to save costs on scaffold. The savings were able to be spent on upgrading glass. All windows were refurbished with draught seals, repairs and exterior painting undertaken and over 600 pieces of thermal glass were fitted.
