Constructed in the early 1960’s the owners of this 12 unit building were faced with the challenge of how to keep their original wooden windows. It took a year for the owners to raise a special levy because they wanted their building to retain its original design. Previous “patch and paint” jobs had left the windows in a terrible state. Rot, stuck awning sashes, gaps allowing draughts to impact comfort and the rejuvenation of external paint were all addressed by Sealasash in a coordinated approach.
